ABOUT THIS MOVIE & DIRECTOR'S VIEW HIMSELF: "This is an 20 mins trial shoot or an experimental movie (Dummy Story) of The Pegasi Production Studios® Pvt.Ltd - Usilampatti, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is our very first project. Budget was around 1.25 lakhs. Due to practical difficulties like gathering 18 people on the same date (call sheet, college leave for some, office leave for some - people issues) for shoot in a jungle & financial limits were become obstacle for us. So we couldn't deliver the perfect. But yet hope we have made a watchable movie rather saying worth it. After all this is a trial or an experimental movie for our tamil feature film script. All the post production done at my home about 1 & half months alone. My home & my company aren't different. Lack of people, lack of co-operations & lack of on time money availability... things were very hard to make. Even though you have all the filmmaking skills, talents, experience & knowledge... there is fate which decides everything. So without proper equipments in shooting spot or in post production, lack of people power, lack of money... will be so hard to bring your dream come to light perfectly crafted. A creator never should ask for excuses, hm.. what to do but sometimes, you know when your hard work never pays... will hurt a lot. I've done lots of role due to save money coz it's a budget movie, I'm not born rich right, got money later after the shoot; that was more pressure on me how I gonna run the rest of shoot without money, how gonna payout hired equipments etc... & production manager work was too hard didn't left me have a nap for a minute & less eat about the past 2 months from shooting to post production. I had to arrange foods in advanced & accomodation arrangments well in advanced in the middle of the jungle for 18+8=26 peoples about a week. More over thinking about their safeties. As a producer role I had lots of responsibilities too. So the less I've focused on Film Direction. Hope this will not happen in the feature film, coz people share their works... so my workload will become half, then I could focus on direction only all the ways. Cinematographer left in the middle of the schedule on emergency issues, Assistant Directors left when cinematographer left. At last only 6 people left out of 26... So I had to handle the cinema camera & cinematography myself for last two days & I put my co-directors on direction incharge. That's all the making story. One more thing this isn't a planned script... Shot on the go with running commentry... fixed the story in the post production.
